Katelyn Grue - Personal Trainer
Katelyn is a licensed physical therapist; she currently studying for her CSCS certification. Her understanding of the biomechanics of movement and climbing allow her to develop programs to optimize the mobility, strength, and power of climbers and athletes of all levels. Katelyn grew up competitively swimming throughout her childhood and college years, and she cross-trained each summer with climbing. She earned her BA in Biology from St. Mary’s College of Maryland and subsequently earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University. Katelyn is an avid sport climber who loves discovering new ways to maximize performance, function, and fun.
Jon Meltzer - Personal Trainer
Jon has a decade of experience training mentally and physically for activities like rock climbing, baseball, bodybuilding, and Olympic-style weightlifting. With his diverse background, he recognizes that every fitness and performance goal requires a unique and nuanced approach. His methods of individual and group program design reflect this at every level. Whether you’re training to climb harder, lift heavier, improve your speed, agility, and quickness, lose a few pounds, or just want to tone up for the beach, he can provide the individualized programming, expertise, and motivation to get you there.
