Course payments are non refundable, but class dates can be rescheduled with the appropriate advance notice as outlined below. To reschedule a class visit an Earth Treks Climbing Center or call 800-CLIMB-UP.

Notice Required to Reschedule:

Indoor Courses: 48 hours prior to the first class. (class sessions that are part of a series, such as Recreational Climbing Club, cannot be rescheduled).
Single Day Outdoor Courses: 72 hours
Multi Day Outdoor Courses and Camps: 10 days
Competitions: Competition payments cannot be rescheduled and payment is non refundable.
