Strengthen, Unwind And Restore

Each of our yoga classes is specifically designed to fire up your strength, reset your mind and restore your energy.  Yoga classes are taught by some of the best yoga instructors in the area and tailored to fit every experience level.

Strong Yoga

Strong classes combine invigorating and vitalizing poses which improve strength, flexibility, balance and mind-body awareness. The breath is harnessed as a tool to improve focus during yoga, climbing, and other activities. Poses range from moderate to difficult and modifications are offered to appeal to beginner and advanced yoga practitioners alike. Strong classes may incorporate Vinyasa, Power, Hatha, Iyengar, Forrest Yoga, and other influences.

Relaxed Yoga

Relaxed classes focus on releasing tension and lengthening muscles through gentle movement and deep breathing. Students will leave class feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Relaxed classes may incorporate Gentle Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Iyengar, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Restorative, and other influences.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative classes incorporate active relaxation, using props and longer held poses to promote healing. This class is perfect for recovery or those times when you feel weak, stressed, fatigued or want to recuperate your body or mind after climbing. Some teachers may incorporate meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises), or yoga nidra (yogic sleep) as part of a restorative practice.


A consistent meditation practice is a powerful tool to enhance climbing performance and enjoyment. Learn simple techniques to clear your mind, reduce stress and improve focus in this all-levels class. We use a variety of tools including pranayama (breath techniques), somatic awareness, yoga nidra (yogic sleep), mantras, guided visualizations, sound, and more. These weekly sessions are well suited to both beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.

Description: Find out how to empower yourselves from the back body. During this session, we'll move forward from the synchronous strength of the backside, which has the capacity to lift the front and show us where we’re going. Head up, heart open and incredibly powerful!


Winter Solstice Celebration

Description: On the darkest day of the year, cultures across the world honor the power of introspection and invite the return of light. This all levels workshop will pulse between warming movement and deep rest. Pranayama (breath techniques), meditation, live music, poetry, philosophy and community connection round out our modern ritual. The practice will last about 2.5 hours; linger on for potluck & party. Bring a yoga mat, journal and something delicious!


Funkadelic First Friday

Description: Join us for a Funky First Friday Flow! This all levels Vinyasa class will be set to tunes from the funk and disco era. Grab all your cool cats, slap on some bell bottoms, and let’s boogie! Can you dig it? Stay after for drinks and games at the Rendezvous.
