Convenient Hours

Schedule your session any time between 6:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday - Friday. Evenings after 8pm and weekends may be available, depending on trainer’s availability. Session availability may be limited during peak gym hours (5:00 pm t0 7:00pm).

Flexible Pricing Options
  • 1 hour of one-on-one session: $75 or $90
  • 8 session bundle $525 or $630
    • Buy 7 as a bundle and get the 8th free.  Expires after six months.
  • 30 day training program $199
    • Includes an assessment, an one-on-one session, a personalized training plan and unlimited phone/email support for 30 days.
