Megan is a certified strength and conditioning specialist with Bachelor's and a Master's degrees in exercise science. She specializes in sport-specific conditioning, outdoor adventure expedition training, functional movement, weight loss, and prenatal and postnatal training. Her personal outdoor pursuits include rock climbing, mountaineering, snowshoeing, hiking, backpacking, and stand-up paddle-boarding. Megan is passionate about getting outside and encouraging her clients to do the same! She has NSCA CSCS, TRX and FMS certifications.

Robyn is an NASM certified personal trainer, fitness nutrition specialist and women's fitness specialist. Additionally, she has her Masters in Human Physiology from New York Medical College. Her specialties include fitness and conditioning for professional athletes, injury prevention and mitigation, women’s fitness, prenatal and postnatal women’s fitness, and obstacle race training (Tough Mudder, Spartan Race, etc.). As an avid backpacker, boulderer, skier, and sponsored professional Obstacle Racer, Robyn focuses on identifying musculoskeletal imbalances and creating progressive training programs that enable her clients to reach their individual needs and goals.

Robyn has NASM-CPT, FNS and WFS certifications.

Kim is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer from sunny Southern California. He believes in a training philosophy that focuses on correcting imbalances and weaknesses. He strives to recognize OFIs (opportunities for improvement) in his clients and within himself. He is dedicated to offering a positive experience for each person he trains.
