Experience peak performance with our additional fitness options that will help strengthen your body and mind, including core classes, one-on-one personal training and yoga.
What we offer:
- Strong: Perform invigorating poses to fortify strength, flexibility, balance, mind-body awareness and improve focus. For all skill levels.
- Relaxed: Focus on releasing tension and lengthening muscles through gentle movement and deep breathing.
- Restorative: Combine active relaxations with longer-held poses to promote healing. Perfect after climbing or when you are feeling a bit weak, stressed or are recovering from a hard workout.
- The Burn: Test your strength in a 30-minute, high intensity, full-body functional workout.
- Core Burn: Cap your climbing session with a 30-minute core strengthening class.
- Training for Climbing: Combine movement coaching, on-the-wall workouts, strength and conditioning, as well as mental training and send-tactics, in this hour-long group session with a personal trainer. ($5 in addition to entrance fee).
- Take advantage of our one-on-one or group training sessions to boost your performance both on and off the wall.
