Quentin is a Certified Personal Trainer through ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine), and he is working towards earning his certification in fitness nutrition by summer 2017. After playing lacrosse, track and rugby, he was eventually introduced to rock climbing. Two years have passed since starting to climb, and it has become his favorite sport. Whether working on a single pitch sport route, multi-pitch trad route, or a five-move boulder problem, Quentin is addicted to climbing. In regards to his philosophy on training, he believes that functionality is just as important as strength. Because of his lifelong love of sports, he incorporates exercises that focus on mobility, power, speed, and strength. Quentin loves staying up-to-date on the latest exercise and nutrition research, articles, and podcasts, and he enjoys learning the reasoning behind fitness-related principles and ideas. Finding as many ways to modify and incorporate traditional strength building programs into climbing training has become a hobby for him. By continually developing his understanding of the human body, he hopes to push his clients climbing ability to new heights.

 

Crystal Danielle D'Amore -  Personal Trainer
Crystal is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, a licensed chiropractic assistant, and she is currently pursuing a certification in fitness nutrition. Her passion for holistic, healthy living has allowed her to coach clients of all abilities, and she firmly believes that mastering a healthy lifestyle doesn't require a massive overhaul of your life, just patience and determination. Crystal has been a competitive volleyball player most of her life and has recently found a new love of climbing. Although she is new to the climbing world, she loves to build fun, functional and performance driven fitness programs that fit each of her clients' individual needs to help them attain their climbing and fitness goals.

Won is a Certified Personal Trainer with over 10 years of training experience. His passion for helping others reach their full potential has allowed him to work with many amazing athletes, ranging from the elites to those rehabilitating from surgeries on their road to full recovery. Won lives and teaches the way of full functional fitness, which includes emphasis on mobility, agility, strength conditioning, and athletic development. He grew up climbing and playing lacrosse throughout his childhood and college years. He earned his MBA from University of Baltimore, where he served as the head coach for the men’s lacrosse team. Won is an avid trad climber who seeks out the best places to climb around the globe.

Matt is a certified personal trainer who has spent the last four years helping people attain their climbing, fitness, health and lifestyle goals. Matt’s experience has taken him to many parts of the country to coach and train athletes of all ages and ability levels. His passions include training for climbing, body weight strength training, and functional fitness. Matt grew up playing soccer and basketball, and while earning his BS in Kinesiology at the University of Maryland, College Park, he started rock climbing. Matt is an avid boulderer who loves discovering new movements and ways to maintain a fun, healthy lifestyle.
