Poses range from moderate to difficult and modifications are offered to appeal to beginner and advanced yoga practitioners alike.

Relaxed yoga classes focus on releasing tension and lengthening muscles through gentle movement and deep breathing. Students will leave class feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Restorative classes incorporate active relaxation, using props and longer held poses to promote healing. This Sunday afternoon class is perfect for recovery or those times when you feel weak, stressed, fatigued, have an injury, or want to recuperate your body or mind after climbing.

Yoga Instructors

Annette Bray

ET Yoga Instructor Anette Bray Living in the full spectrum of life’s experiences is what the practice of yoga asks us to engage in. Being in the body, in the mind and in emotional presence without relenting to the desire to escape these feelings brings growth. In committing to this process, Annette has found relief from physical and emotional pain and has gained more connection to self, others and the activities she has passion for. She began sharing her love of movement in 1996 when she attained her degree in kinesiology. And her many years as an avid outdoor enthusiast furthered this desire to help others find joy in engaging their body. For the past 18 years she has worked as a corporate wellness manager, a personal trainer with an emphasis on corrective exercise and an exercise physiologist for orthopedic and cancer patients. Her focus has always been on improving quality of movement and tending to the interconnectedness of all parts of the human form. Personal life experience brought her to the place of seeking another tier of wisdom: the interweaving of the physical and spiritual body. Her study of yoga began in 2009 with Jeanie Manchester and the alignment focused study of Anusara. What has grown from this collective study of east and west is the marrying of the disciplines of biomechanics and yoga.  From this personal and professional experience grew the idea to create MoYo Movement which brings together the biomechanical principles of mobility and the mindful discipline of yoga. Annette loves to see her students develop better function and mindfulness in their physical form. This progress towards better movement allows them to sustain joyful lifelong activity: the pursuit of which she believes to be vital to a connected human experience.

Susan Lambert

Yoga is the vehicle that unites all of Susan’s passions and strengths.  An avid athlete and outdoor adventurer, Susan began practicing yoga in 2000 as a way to find balance in an otherwise fast-paced life. She is inspired by various mentors in Colorado and beyond and did her 200-hour teacher training at Vital Yoga in Denver. Susan also works as an international travel liaison and owns Away 2 Be, a company that facilitates personal, local and global relationships through yoga, educational and corporate facilitation and international travel. Whether on the mat, rock, court, trail, or in a small community in the world, Susan finds absolute truth and relevance between the principles she has learned through yoga and their universal application. She sees beauty in both the simple and complex and thrives from comprehending more about the mind and body and the stories that unite human beings. Susan’s classes are both relaxing and energizing, static and dynamic. She teaches optimal and therapeutic alignment including inversions. Her classes elicit thought, connection, strength and a smile!

Tiffany Shocklee

Tiffany Shoklee Yoga Instructor Earth Treks GoldenTeacher trainings at YogaWorks (2004), Esalen Institute (2007), and Om Time (2009), plus twelve year’s experience as a yoga teacher and massage therapist have given me a solid foundation in the art and science of yoga. I am grateful to many teachers, including Julian Walker and Shannon Paige, for opening doors into the infinite possibilities of this practice. Rock climbing is another powerful influence on my teaching style and I am especially delighted to teach to climbers. In an alignment-based Vinyasa class, we blend the precision of therapeutic alignment with creative, rhythmic sequencing to create a conversation between breath and body.
