Welcome to Earth Treks Rockville Climbing Center

Earth Treks' Climbing Center in Rockville, MD is the LARGEST indoor climbing wall in the country. With more than 38,500 square feet of climbing, it is 20% larger than the country’s second largest gym. We have shorter, less steep walls to allow new climbers and kids to be successful. We have steeper, longer and more technical climbing, allowing intermediate climbers to evolve. And we have world class terrain where elite climbers train for World Cup competitions.

Motivated by our mission to share our passion for climbing, we are constantly evolving and re-investing. We know that a beautiful gym makes a great first impression, but it is the day to day dedication to serving our community that we are most proud of. Our route setting team pushes themselves to make sure the climbing is world class. The instructional programs follow a well-crafted, proven curriculum, taught by caring, professional instructors. Throughout the gym, from the late night cleaning crew to the front desk staff and the management, our team works hard to serve this community.
