Earth Treks is well known for its climbing centers, but Earth Treks' roots are in outdoor rock guiding.  Since 1990, we've been teaching climbing courses at local crags like Carderock, MD, Great Falls, VA, and Seneca Rocks, WV as well as other classic climbing areas around the country and globe.  Our founder, Chris Warner, started Earth Treks for a simple reason.  He loved climbing and wanted to share his passion with others.  Every Earth Treks course has a singular goal - to help you make your climbing dreams a reality!  Inquire Online.

Are you new to outdoor climbing and wondering where to start?  If you've never climbed at all, or if you still need to learn to belay, you'll want to start with Introduction to Rock Climbing .  If you have indoor climbing and belaying experience and want to transfer your skills outdoors, either the Gym 2 Crag Package or Gym 2 Crag Roadtrip are a perfect fit.
